What Data We Process and Why

Through the contact form on this website, we process the data you provide to us yourself: your name, phone number, e-mail address and the content of your message.

We use this data solely to handle your enquiry or question and for related communication with you. The legal basis for processing is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention Period

We retain enquiry data for the time necessary to handle your request and any subsequent communication, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact. If a contract is concluded, we retain the related data for the period required by law (in particular accounting and tax regulations).

Who We Share Data With

We do not pass personal data on to any third parties for marketing purposes. Only our contracted processors who operate the website and e-mail services may have access to the data, and only to the extent necessary.

The Contact page contains an embedded Google Maps map; when it loads, Google may process technical data (e.g. your IP address) in accordance with its own privacy policy.
